郭淑元,理学博士,现为壹号电子娱乐官网入口教授,博士生导师,北京理工大学研究生院督导组督导专家。

二、教育背景

清华大学生物科学与技术系,获博士学位;

东北农业大学生物工程系获学士、硕士学位;

 

三、研究领域/方向

      研究方向为基于人工智能的微生物基因组快速编辑方法的建立及优化、微生物与宿主的互作机理、生物活性蛋白的功能与应用开发等。

具体研究内容包括但不限于:

1. 蛋白质的结构、功能及应用研究;

2. 基于人工智能算法,设计及优化基因编辑方法,实现微生物基因组的高效编辑;

3. 利用CRISPR/Cas9等基因编辑技术,构建高效微生物细胞工厂;

4. 探究微生物(芽胞杆菌)与宿主的互作机理。

      

参加国家重点研发专项、国家自然科学基金国际合作重点项目、国家科技部973863等项目研究,主持国家自然基金项目等。
